Bautista for removal of onp Heritage Eucalyptus Tree at <br /> 1721 Paseo del CaJ0n <br /> Mro Sooby presented his report dated September 2, 1975, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jim Jordan, 7218 Stonedale Drive, asked how homeowners are made aware of <br /> the Heritage Tree Ordinance. Mr, Scheidig explained. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Philcox, and seconded by <br /> Councilmember McLain, that Resolution No. 75-193, approving the request of Remigio <br /> F~ Bautista, for removal of one Heritage Eucalyptus Tree at 1721 Paseo del CaJon <br /> with the condition that a replacement tree approved by City staff be planted in <br /> its place, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br />.__ AYES: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, McLain, Philcox, and Mayor Kinney <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Request by Post Office for removal of one Heritage Tree near the postal boundary <br /> and one tree immediately east of the employee driveway, located on the Southwest <br /> Corner of Black Avenue and Santa Rita Road <br /> Mr~ Sooby presented his report dated September 2, 1975, regarding this matter, <br /> and displayed a map showing location of trees on the property. <br /> <br /> Mayor Kinney declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this application. <br /> Mayor Kinney declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by <br /> Mayor Kinney, that Resolution No. 75-194, approving the request of the U.
