36 <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> April 5, 1976 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Robert Philcox called the Special Meeting of the City Council to <br />order at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox were <br />present° Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Campbell, AsSistant City Manager/Director <br />of Public Works, Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, Mr. Walker, Assistant to the City <br />Manager, were present. . <br /> <br />1976-77 BUDGET REVIEW AND STATUS REPORT <br /> Mayor Philcox asked Bill Edgar to make the Budget presentation° Mr. <br />Edgar and Mr. Walker reviewed the current~Budget and the mid-year review <br />dod~ents which had been received by City Council. In this connection, the <br />ba~inning and ending Budget balances as well as the estimates and projections <br />of the current 75-76 Fiscal Year were reviewed and explained to the City Council. <br /> <br /> After some discussion, Mayor Philcox asked that some additional specific <br />information be 'prepared. <br /> <br /> Mayor Philcox recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 8:30 P.M. <br /> Mayor Philcox reconvened the meeting at 10:29 P.Mo <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> Mayor Philcox adjourned the meeting at 10:30 PoMo <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> <br />
