Prepare a comprehensive project management plan <br /> that includes identification and scheduling of <br /> labor resources and reporting procedures. Track <br /> labor hours and expenditures against schedule and <br /> budget. Supervise and review the work of the <br /> project team and subconsultants. Adjust schedule <br /> and budget to reflect any negotiated change in the <br /> scope of work. <br /> <br /> b. Attend up to three bi-weekly project progress <br /> meetings with City staff to discuss and review <br /> progress and significant actions during the <br /> preceeding period, and expected progress during <br /> the next period. <br /> <br />Task 2--Final Design <br /> <br /> 2.1--Project Management <br /> <br /> a.
