CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-142 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF IMPROVEMENT PLANS AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT FOR TRACT 5791, SPRINGHOUSE, THE NORTHERN <br /> GROUP <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, improvement plans for Tract 5791, Springhouse, The <br /> Northern Group, have been submitted and checked by the <br /> Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, <br /> bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public <br /> Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council <br /> at its meeting of April 5, 1988; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the improvement plans are <br /> consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br /> Section 1: The improvement plans for Tract 5791, Springhouse, <br /> are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officers are instructed to take whatever action <br /> necessary to implement said approval. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute <br /> the Public Improvement Agreement for Tract 5791 with The <br /> Northern Group, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 5, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~/~j~/ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
