Mr. Campbell requested that the following items on the agenda be continued: item 6b - Appeal of the City Council to a decision of the Board of Adjustment in approving Application V-77-5 of Darwin Datwyler for a Variance to Sections 2-5.35 and 2-5.36(b) of Article 3, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to allow the subdivision of a parcel of land into seven lots, one of which would not have the required street frontage and several others which would not meet the code requirements for minimum lot depth and width, the property is located between the Arroyo del Valle and the extension of the Del Valle Parkway, southeast of the intersection of the Del Valle Park- way and Harvest Road, the property is zoned RM-2000 (Multiple Resi- dential) District (continued Open from 5-9-77), to the meeting of July 25, 1977. item 6d - Application of the City Council to fezone approximately 53 acres located south of Minnie Street between Sunol Boulevard and the eastern City Limit line from RM-2500 (Multi'Family Residential) District, R-1-6500 (Single Family Residential) District, and A (Agricultural) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development) District or any other Zoning District 'that the City Council finds is appro- priate (continued Open from 2-14-77, 2-28-77, 3-28-77, and 4-25-77), to the meeting of June 27, 1977. item 7a - Request from Pleasanton Garbage Service for a Garbage Rate Increase, to the meeting of June 13, 1977. Councilmember Brandes requested that the Minutes of May 4, 1977, be clarified to reflect that discussion with Ralph Andersen and Associates regarding City Manager position was held in Executive Session. Councilmember Brandes requested that the Minutes of May 9, 1977, be corrected on page 3, 2nd paragraph, to show that he voted NO, instead of Mayor Philcox. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved as amended, and the agenda as amended: a. Approval of City Council Minutes for May 2, 1977, May 4, 1977 as amended, May 5, 1977, May 7, 1977, and May 9, 1977. as amended. b. Acceptance of Report regarding action taken by the Planning Commission on ~tems at their meeting of May 18, 1977. c. Adoption of Resolution No. 77-145, approving Claims for the month of April, 1977, in the amount of $241,764.28. d. Adoption of Resolution No. 77-146, accepting Public Service Easement by Amador Valley Investors in Tentative Tract 3133. 2. 5/23/77
