MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> May 4, 1977 <br /> <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Robert Philcox called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council <br /> to order at 6:30 P.M., at the Council Chambers. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> The roll call is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, LeClaire, <br /> Mercer, and Mayor Philcox were present. Councilmember Herlihy was absent. <br /> Mr. Campbell, Acting City Manager, Mr. McCloud, Director of Public Safety, <br /> Mr. Nelson, Acting Police Chief, and Mr. Cherry, Acting Fire Chief, were <br /> present. <br /> <br /> DISCUSSION WITH RALPH ANDERSEN AND ASSOCIATES RE: CITY MANAGER INTERVIEW PROCESS <br /> Mr. Ralph Andersen, representing Ralph Andersen'and Associates, met with <br /> Council to discuss the interview process for City Manager. It was determined <br /> to interview six applicants for the position of City Manager, beginning at <br /> 8:00 A.M., May 21, 1977, at the City Hall Conference Room. <br /> <br /> BUDGET WORK SESSION <br /> Council and staff discussed the following Departmental Budget: <br /> <br /> a. Public Safety <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, Mayor Philcox adjourned the Adjourned <br /> Regular Meeting of the City Council at 9:10 P.M., to meet again in Adjourned <br /> Regular Session at 7:30 P.M., on May 5~ 1977, at the Council Chambers. <br /> <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> ALAN B.
