MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> April 26, 1977 <br /> <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Robert Philcox called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council <br /> to order at 6:45 P.M., at the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> The roll call is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Herlihy, LeClaire, <br /> Mercer, and Mayor Philcox were present. Councilmember Brandes was absent. <br /> Mr. Campbell, Acting City Manager, and Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney were present. <br /> <br /> DISCUSSION RE: LAVWMA PROJECT <br /> Council caucussed several times during the evening in order to establish its <br /> position regarding the LAVWMA Joint Powers Agreement modifications. Major dis- <br /> cussion occurred regarding industrial capacity. Council's final position was <br /> to obtain guaranteed option to obtain 500,000 mgd of capacity for industrial <br /> usage. <br /> <br />......
