Mr. Campbell, Acting City <br />~anager, and Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, were present. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON LAV~@~ PROJECT ALTERNATIVES, FINANCING AND RELATED <br />PROBLtMS <br /> Members of Council listened to presentation by project engineers CH2M Hill <br />regarding project alternatives, presentation of report on environmental impacts <br />by URS, and discussion by LAV~,~h~ Board members.
