Mr. Campbell, Acting City <br />Manager, Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, and Mr. Walker, Assistant to the City <br />Manager, were present. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION A~D ACTION ON LAVWMA PROJECT ALTERNATIVES~ FINANCING AND RELATED <br />PROBL~S <br /> Members of Council listened to discussion by LAV~R4A Board members of <br />financing alternatives for LAVWMA project.
