MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> January 11, 1977 <br /> <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Robert Philcox called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City <br /> Council to order at 5:00 P.M., at the City Hall Conference Room. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> The roll call is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, <br /> LeClaire, and Mayor Philcox were present. Councilmember Mercer was absent. <br /> Mr. Edgar, City ~L~nager, Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, and Mr. Miller, Assistant <br /> to, the City Manager, were present. Also present was Mr. Keith Fleming, of <br /> <br /> · Cit ' <br />~.. Industrial Employees and Distributors Assn , the y s labor representative. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> ~[~yor Philcox recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 5:05 P.M., <br /> to discuss upcoming negotiations with City employee labor organizations in <br /> Cit ' <br /> order to establish the y s position regarding such negotiations and give <br /> instructions to the City's labor negotiations representative. <br /> <br /> Mayor Philcox reconvened the meeting at 5:55 P.M, <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 6:00 P.M., Mayor Philcox adjourned the <br /> meeting of the City Council, to meet again in Adjourned Regular Session at <br /> 9:00 A.M., on January 15, 1977, at the Pleasanton Council Chambers, 30 West <br /> Angela Street. <br /> <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br /> I~ILLL~M H.
