MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> July 25, 1977 <br /> <br /> INTERVIEWS FOR HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD AND HI/MAN SERVICES COMMISSION <br /> Mayor Philcox and members of the City Council met at 7:15 P.M., to interview <br /> the following persons: <br /> <br /> Housing Authority Board Charles Burdine <br /> <br /> Human Services Commission Darrel Maxson <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION RE: LABOR RELATIONS <br /> Mayor Philcox and members of the City Council met at 7:30 P.M., with Mr. <br />Brown, City Manager, Mr. Campbell, Assistant City Manager, Mr. Scheidig, City <br />Attorney, Mr. Miller, Assistant to the City Manager, and Mr. Fleming, Indus- <br />trial Employers and Distributors Association, to discuss labor negotiations. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG <br /> ~.L~yor Robert Philcox called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to <br />order at 8:05 P.M., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox were present. <br />~. BrOwn, City Manager, Mr. Campbell, Assistant City Manager, Mr. Scheidig, City <br />Attorney, Mr. Harris, Director of Planning, and Mr. Sooby, Director of Engineer- <br />ing Services, were present. <br /> <br />AGE}~AA_MEN~MENTS <br /> Councilmember Mercer requested that item 9a - Approval to hang Banner under <br />Pleasanton Sign onMain Street, be moved to item 4k. <br /> <br /> Councilmember LeClaire requested that items 7c and d - Appeal by the City <br />'Council of the Conditions of Approval imposed by the Planning Commission on <br />Z-77-96, Application of Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc., for a home occupation permit <br />to operate an ambulance service out of a residence located at 2297 Tanager Drive, <br />Pleasanton; zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single Famil~ District; and <br />Appeal of various residents of Tanager Court, Tanager Drive, Shearwater Court, <br />Shearwater Road, E1 Dorado Court, and other streets, to a decision of the <br />Planning Commission approving a home occupation for Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc., <br />to operate an ambulance service out of a residence located at 2297 Tanager Drive, <br />Pleasanton; zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single Family) District, be <br />moved to item 5a. <br /> <br />CONSE~T CALENrDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, <br />that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar together with amendments <br />th6reto, be approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
