AGENDA AMENDMENTS

<br /> (introduced 6-27-77 by a 4-0 vote), be moved as item 9c on the agenda.

<br /> relating to Drinking in Public (Introduced 6-27-77 by a 4-0 vote).

<br /> c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 823, amending Sections 2-5.21, 2-5.25, and 2-5.27
<br /> of Article 2 (Definitions), Chapter 2 (Zoning), Title II (Zoning and Develop-
<br /> ment) by adding definitions for "Nursery", "Garden Center", and "Plant Store";
<br /> amending Sections 2-7.08(a) (Permitted and Conditional Uses), Article 8 (C

<br /> PRESENTATION BY TREES FOR PLEASANTON COMMITTEE
<br /> Mr. John Edmands, representing Trees-for Pleasanton Committee, presented
<br /> the City with a check in the amount of $4,899.00, representing donations from
<br /> 224 individuals and families, 3 homeowners associations, and 7 local business
<br /> firms, for the replacement of trees on Stanley Boulevard, Hopyard Road, Foothill
