MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> Mrs. Joy Robinson, 4127 Suffolk Way, representing the League of Women Voters, <br />commended the CityManager for his 3-month City Council agenda planning report, <br />stating it was of benefit to the public as well as Council and staff. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ed Alves, 1114 Santa Rita Road, offered his services to Council and staff <br />in whatever capacity he might be able to serve the community in light of the <br />passage of Proposition 13, and urged other citizens to volunteer their services <br />also. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Application of the provisions of the Vehicle Code to streets and roads on the <br />.prope~.ty of the Alameda County Fair Grounds pursuant to Vehicle Code Sections <br />21107.5 and 21107.7 <br /> <br />Application of certain of the provisions of the Vehicle Code to parkin~ lots <br />on..the property of the Alameda County Fair Grounds pursuant to Vehicle Code <br />Section 21107.8 <br /> Mr. Levine presented his report dated June 6, 1978, regarding these two items. <br /> <br /> Lt.
