Other Environmental Considerations <br />78-9 - Mor~son Ho~ST~orthwaX Dooms <br /> By secret ballot, Council voted as follows: -1, -2, -1, -2, +1 - -1 point. <br />Therefore, there was no change in points assigned to Other Environmental Con- <br />siderations on this project since staff recommendation was for -1 point. <br /> <br /> This concluded point assignments by Council. <br /> <br /> Mr. Harris reviewed Table 1, page 4, of his report dated June 1, 1978, with <br />changes made by Council, regarding point assignments. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br />that Resolution No. 78-141, assigning projects for 1978 under the Residential <br />Allocation Program for ~ allocations as follows: <br /> development permit <br /> <br /> Single Family Projects Number of Units <br /> 78-9 - Morrison - Northway Downs 78 <br /> 78-10 - Elliott-Vintage Hills 22 <br /> 78-13 - Beratlis-Mission Park 27 <br /> 78-6 - P & M 11 <br /> 78-11 - SAVCO 8 <br /> 78-15 - Stoneson To~mhouses-Tract 3150 29 <br /> <br /> Multiple ProJec.ts <br /> 78-5 - Casa de Califia 5 <br /> 78-7-P&M 9 <br /> 78-3 - Barden/Bernard Townhouses 3 <br /> 78-2 - Las Positas Garden Homes 65 <br /> <br /> It was further moved that the above projects' approval be conditioned as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> (1) That the DSRSD area projects must await certainty of securing sewage <br /> connections prior to applying for building permits, and <br /> <br /> (2) That all those promises made in the individual project applications <br /> be attached to those projects as conditions of receiving development <br /> approval <br /> <br />be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes commended Mr. Harris, Mr. Swift, Mr. Brown, and Mr. <br />Levine for their outstanding efforts in preparing the staff report. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes thanked the developers for their cooperation, and <br />requested they present any comments or recommendations they might have regard- <br />ing improvemant of the Residential Allocation Program process. ~yor Mercer <br />also requested Councilmembers to write any comments or recommendations they <br />might have, for staff review. <br /> <br /> }.[ayor Mercer stated the next allocation of sewer permits under the Resi- <br />dential Allocation Program would occur in November, 1978. <br /> <br /> 8. 6/5/78 <br /> <br /> <br />
