Doran, 6253 Homer Way <br /> Earl Riggs, 40392 Canyon Heights Drive, Fremont, President of the <br /> Tri-Cities Ambulance Company <br /> Tom Andrews, 6537 Lansing Court, Administrator-Valley Memorial Hospital <br /> George Withers, 4180 Jensen Street <br /> <br /> There being no further public testimony, Mayor Philcox declared the public <br />hearing closed. <br /> <br /> After considerable discussion regarding conditions, it was moved by Council- <br />member LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Herlihy, to approve the site at <br />4195 Francisco Street for Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc., subject to conditions re- <br />commended by staff. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Herlihyand LeClaire <br />NOES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, <br />that Resolution No. 78-55, granting a temporary Home Occupation Permit for a <br />period of six months to Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc., to locate at 4195 Francisco <br />Street, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That only one ambulance be kept at the site at any one time. <br /> <br /> 2. That the siren of the ambulance not be used until the vehicle is on <br /> Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br /> 3. That all applicable requirements of Article 20 (Home Occupations) <br /> Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, <br /> be adhered to, except for the following: <br /> <br /> Sec. 2-10.17(b) - Materials, equipment, stock or supplies used <br /> for a Home Occupation shall not occupy more than one room of a <br /> dwelling or more than 50 sq. ft. of an accessory building or <br /> garage. <br /> <br /> Sec. 2-10.17(e) - The home occupation shall be clearly incidental <br /> and subordinate to the use of the structure as a dwelling. <br /> <br /> Sec. 2-10.17.(4) - The existence of a home occupation shall not be <br /> visually apparent beyond the boundaries of the site. <br /> <br /> 3. 3/13/78 <br /> <br /> <br />
