The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~ater <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember LeClaire, <br />that the Water Element be included as presented in the proposed Residential <br />Allocation Plan. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Noise <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember LeClaire, <br />that the Noise Element be included as presented in the proposed Residential <br />Allocation Plan. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Traffic Circulation <br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, <br />that the Traffic Circulation Element be included as presented in the proposed <br />Residential Allocation Plan. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, LeClaire, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Housing Standard <br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire to include the Housing Standard as <br />presented in the proposed Residential Allocation Program. <br /> <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, <br />to eliminate the Housing Standard from the Residential Allocation Plan. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Herlihy, Mercer, and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: Councilmember LeClaire <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Incentive Elements <br /> Council reviewed and made the following determinations regarding the <br />Incentive Elements: <br /> <br />Agricultural Usable Land <br /> It was moved by Councilmember LeClaire to include the Agriculturally Usable <br />Land Element as presented in the proposed Residential Allocation Plan. <br /> <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br /> 2. 1/30/78 <br /> <br /> <br />
