343 <br /> <br />ensued regarding the relationship of First Pleasanton Investors to Amador Valley <br />Investors and Rousseau. The City Attorney reiterated his position that Amador <br />Valley Investors and Oliver Rousseau Ind. Corp. should be considered as one <br />developer. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, <br />that Project 78-28 Amador Valley Investors - Tr. 3148, be awarded 1 point for <br />Total Air Quality, instead of 0 point as recommended by staff. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />78-30 Brentwood Holding Co. <br /> Mr Jack Bras, representing this firm, stated this was a good project and he <br />felt additional points should be considered for design. <br /> <br /> Mr. Joe Chickerilla, developer, stated the property had been fully improved <br />since 1963 and was ready. for development. <br /> <br /> Council awarded points as presented by staff's report dated November 29, 1978. <br /> <br /> There being no further public testimony from the audience, Mayor Mercer de- <br />clared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> ~ yor Mercer recessed the meeting at 9:35 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 9:45 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer thanked the developers for their attendance and comments at this <br />meeting. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, <br />t.bat Resolution No. 78-295, allowing a total of 80 permits between Amador Valley <br />Investors and Oliver Rousseau Ind. Corp., and awarding Residential Allocation <br />Program permits as follows: <br /> <br /> Single-Family Projects Number of Units <br /> 78-28 Amador Valley Inv. - Tr. 3148 23 <br /> 78-19 Falender - Oak Hill 35 <br /> 78-30 Brentwood Holding Company 31 <br /> 78-22 Stoneson - Tr. 3150 72 <br /> <br /> Mu.!tiple Projects <br /> 78-25 Kismet - Mission Park 13 <br /> 78-27 Rousseau - Tr. 3297 57 <br /> 78-23 DIP Townhouses 25 <br /> 78-26 Rickenbach - Romey Apts. 5 (2 existing) <br /> <br /> The approval of the above projects is conditioned on the following: <br /> <br /> (1) That the projects in the Dublin San Ramon Services District must await <br /> certainty of sewer connections prior to applying for building permits; <br /> and <br /> <br /> 5. 11/28/78 <br /> <br /> <br />
