<br /> Tenant Commissioners at the October lOth City Council meeting. After discussion,
<br /> it ~s determined by Council to start the October 10, 1978, meeting at 7:00 P.M.,
<br /> for these interviews.

<br /> Mr. Levine presented his report dated September 28, 1978, regarding McIntyre
<br />.... Law Suit, Speed Limit Bail Schedule, and Letter regarding Betty Rider relative
<br /> to reassessment upon change of property ownership, for the information of the
<br /> Council.

<br /> Mayor Mercer stated he would discuss Speed Limit Bail Schedule with the
<br /> Mayor of Livermore relative to a common solution to this matter.
