497 After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that Resolution No. 78-181, granting the appeal of Rona!d Fiorio to a decision of the Board of Adjustment denying Case V-78-6, a variance from the site requirements of the Code to allow the construction of an addition to a residence located at 3247 Royalton Court which would en- croach into the required rear yard and be less than the minimum distance to the main structure on the adjacent lot, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None Mr. Fiorio stated he was not satisfied with the processing of his applica- tion by the Board of Adjustment and requested Council to investigate the pro- cedure of this Board.
