Mr. Levine <br />presented a new page 2 of Ordinance No. *90, recommending that the Council declare <br />this ordinance to be an urgency ordinance to take effect immediately. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Mayor Brandes, that <br />Ordinance No. 890, amending Article 21 (Temporary Uses) of Chapter 2, Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton by adding Section 2-10.24, which <br />would regulate fee parking lots operated in conjunction with the Alameda County <br />Fairgrounds activities, be adopted as an urgency ordinance to take effect immediately. <br /> <br /> 12. 6/12/79 <br /> <br /> <br />
