Pleasanton by revising comprehensively the schedule of permitted and conditional uses in all of the commercially zoned districts except the CR(m) and CR(p) Dis- tricts which were revised by Ordinance No. 874, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and ~.Iayor Brandes NOES: None ABSENT: None ~option of Ordinance No. 881~ am.~ndin~ Chapter 2~ Title II of the Ordinance Code of t.h.e C.ity of Pleasanton by del~tin~' Article 15.5 (H-O~ Historical Landmark Overlay District) in its entirety (Introduced 4-10-79., 4-Ales,. 1-Absent) Mayor Brandes stated this Ordinance was introduced April 10, 1979, by a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the Ordinance. Councilmember Butler stated he had reviewed the subject Ordinance and was prepared to vote on the matter. It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that Ordinance No 881, amending Chapter 2 (Zoning) of Title II (Zoning and Develop- ment) of the Ordinance Code by deleting Article 15.5 (H-O, Historical Landmark Overlay District) in its entirety and repealing Ordinance No. 691, be adopted. Of April 11, 1979 Mr. Harris presented his report dated April 18, 1979, regarding this matter. Mayor Brandes advised that any action on this item could be taken at a subsequent meeting. REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER ~tters for the Information of the Council Mr. Brown presented his Information Report dated April 18, 1979, regarding 1979 Summer School Program. Mr. Brown advised that BART was forming a committee of Valley representatives to discuss increased bus service to Pleasanton and Livermore and asked if any Councilmembers wanted to serve on this committee. Council requested additional information regarding meeting dates and places before assigning anyone on this proposed committee. REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY Heari~5 Procedure for Tow-Away Mr. Levine presented a draft ordinance regarding this matter. It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Ordinance No. 884, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, amending Title V, Chapter 4 of the Pleasanton Ordinance Code by adding Article 2, relating to hearings on towed vehicles, be introduced. 14. 4/24/79
