Pleasanton by revising comprehensively the schedule of permitted and conditional <br />uses in all of the commercially zoned districts except the CR(m) and CR(p) Dis- <br />tricts which were revised by Ordinance No. 874, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and ~.Iayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />~option of Ordinance No. 881~ am.~ndin~ Chapter 2~ Title II of the Ordinance Code <br />of t.h.e C.ity of Pleasanton by del~tin~' Article 15.5 (H-O~ Historical Landmark <br />Overlay District) in its entirety <br /> (Introduced 4-10-79., 4-Ales,. 1-Absent) <br /> Mayor Brandes stated this Ordinance was introduced April 10, 1979, by a vote <br />of 4-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Butler stated he had reviewed the subject Ordinance and was <br />prepared to vote on the matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, <br />that Ordinance No 881, amending Chapter 2 (Zoning) of Title II (Zoning and Develop- <br />ment) of the Ordinance Code by deleting Article 15.5 (H-O, Historical Landmark <br />Overlay District) in its entirety and repealing Ordinance No. 691, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> There were no Special Reports presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMI{ISSIONS <br />Actions taken by the Board of Adjustment, Design Review Board, and Planning Com- <br />mission at their Regular Meeting. Of April 11, 1979 <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report dated April 18, 1979, regarding this matter. <br />Mayor Brandes advised that any action on this item could be taken at a subsequent <br />meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br />~tters for the Information of the Council <br /> Mr. Brown presented his Information Report dated April 18, 1979, regarding <br />1979 Summer School Program. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brown advised that BART was forming a committee of Valley representatives <br />to discuss increased bus service to Pleasanton and Livermore and asked if any <br />Councilmembers wanted to serve on this committee. Council requested additional <br />information regarding meeting dates and places before assigning anyone on this <br />proposed committee. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Heari~5 Procedure for Tow-Away <br /> Mr. Levine presented a draft ordinance regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, <br />that Ordinance No. 884, to be read by title only and waiving further reading <br />thereof, amending Title V, Chapter 4 of the Pleasanton Ordinance Code by adding <br />Article 2, relating to hearings on towed vehicles, be introduced. <br /> <br /> 14. 4/24/79 <br /> <br /> <br />
