Consider item 12a - Appeal of Denial of Permit to Remove Heritage Tree, <br /> after item 7. <br /> <br /> Boy Scout Conhers advised there would be an Executive Session at the con- <br /> clusion of this meeting to discuss potential litigation and personnel. <br /> <br /> Boy Scout Jorgensen turned the conduct of the meeting back to Mayor Mercer. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reviewed this day of activities with his Scout counterpart, and <br /> commended all the Boy Scouts on their achievements. <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, <br /> that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, be <br /> approved: <br /> <br /> a Approval of City Council Minutes for 1-23-79 and 1-29-79. <br /> <br />b. Adoption of Resolution No. 79-12, approving Claims for the month of December, <br /> 1978, in the amount of $292,252.98. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Resolution No. 79-13, approving Agreement to Purchase Moller <br /> Reservoir Site and an access easement to it for the sum of $21,090.00, and <br /> authorizing execution and implementation of the Agreement. <br /> <br />d. Adoption of Resolution No. 79-14, accepting Easement from Zone 7 along the <br /> west bank of the Alamo Canal for the Interceptor Sewer. <br /> <br /> e. Accept by motion the Audit of Financial Transactions for Fiscal Year 1977-78. <br /> <br />f. Adoption of Resolution No. 79-15, approving program supplements ~Ios. 2, 5, <br /> 8, 9, and 10 to Local Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal Aid <br /> Improvements. <br /> <br />g. Adoption of Resolution No. 79-16, establishing policies with respect to <br /> development within scenic route viewsheds. <br /> <br />h.
