Approval of Improvement Plans for Johnson Drive Extension~ Parcel Map No. 2566 <br /> Mr. Campbell presented his report dated November 20, 1979, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Wood asked if this project would be completed before the Stone- <br />ridge Extension. Mr. Brown advised that both projects should be completed at <br />approximately the same time, however, one would not hold up the other if not <br />finished together. <br /> <br /> Mr. Campbell presented final map and improvement.plans for the information <br />of the Council. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Resolution No. 79-232, approving the Improvement Plans for Johnson Drive Exten- <br />sion, ParcelMap No. 2566, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Agreement with Pleasanton Cultural Arts Council <br /> Mayor Brandes declared this item continued to the meeting of January 8, 1980, <br />at the request of the Pleasanton Cultural Arts Council. <br /> <br />Amicus Curiae Support in Inverse Condemnation Case (Rancho La Costa v. County of <br />San Diego <br /> Mr. Levine presented his report dated November 15, 1979, regarding this matter, <br />stating there would be no financial involvement and he recommended support in this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that the <br />City join with the Attorney General who is writing an amicus brief in the case of <br />Rancho La Costa v.
