CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-128 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF DEDICATION OF RED FEATHER COURT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 5, 1988, Council reviewed the <br /> report of the Assistant City Attorney (SR 88:128) <br /> regarding the offer of dedication of Parcel E which <br /> contains a portion of Red Feather Court; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is staff's recommendation that Council accept the <br /> dedication of the entire Parcel E, Vintage Hills Unit <br /> #12, Tract 4771, City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, <br /> State of California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Authorizes the acceptance of a portion of Parcel E, <br /> Vintage Hills Unit #12, Tract 4771, which contains Red <br /> Feather Court, more particularly shown on the attached <br /> exhibit. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 5, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
