REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Time Schedule for April Ballot <br /> Mr. Levine presented his report dated October 23, 1979, stating that the last <br /> date for placing a measure on the ballot can be set tentatively for January 22, 1980. <br /> If rebuttal to argument is not permitted, then the tentative date for placing a mea- <br /> sure on the ballot can be set for the Council meeting of February 13, 1980. In any <br /> case, the timing is not to be treated as rigid, and late submittals can be allowed <br /> if the printer can meet its duty to get the sample ballots to the City 29 days prior <br /> to the election. <br /> <br /> Approval of Le~.ter Re~ardin~ Willow-West Project <br /> Mr. Levine presented a draft letter to Thomas R. Henderson, TRH, In~.,. 375 Diablo <br />Road, Suite 111, Danville, from the Director of Planning and Community Development, <br />stating that Staff Review Board had approved his two lot subdivision of the Willow- <br />West Property (Tentative Parcel Map 3070), subject to 12 conditions, at their meeting <br />of October 17, 1979. Council approved the letter and instructed staff to transmit it. <br /> <br />CO~UN I CAT I ON S <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Brown presented the Calendar for the information of the Council. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Kephart stated that his work scheduled had been changed and it <br />would be necessary that he be replaced on the various Boards and Commissions of which <br />he is a liaison member. Mayor Brandes advised he would reappoint members to replace <br />Councilmember Kephart on these Boards and Commissions. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer advised that the next LAVWMAmeeting is scheduled for <br />November 15, 1979, at DSRSD. <br /> <br /> M~yor Brandes advised that the Residential Allocation Program Allocation meeting <br />scheduled for November 20, 1979, would have to be changed due to the time element. <br />After discussion, Council determined the schedule the RAP Allocation meeting on <br />Tuesday, December 18, 1979, 7:30 P.M., Fairgrounds Cafeteria, and instructed staff <br />to advise the developers of the meeting. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Brandes recessed the meeting at 12:25 A.M., to an Executive Session to <br />discuss personnel. <br /> <br /> ~yor Brandes reconvened the meeting at 12:45 A.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 12:50 A.M., it was moved by CounCilmember <br />Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that the meeting be adjourned to meet <br />again in Executive Session on October 30, 1979, 6:00 P.M., at the Civic Center <br />Conference Room. <br />The roll call vo~e was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> 18. 10/23/79 <br /> <br /> <br />
