R aF Goodrich for a rezonin~. to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) District and development plan approval for an ll-lot residential sub- <br />division on 55 acres of the 73 acre site located west of Foothill Road and ~orth <br />of Longview Drive. The City CoUncil may fezone the 73 acres as requested or to <br />~y other designation consistent with the General Plan. The site is zoned A (AKri- <br />cultural) District <br /> <br />On the basis of an Initial Study of the potential environmental impacts of the <br />project~..the Director of Planning and. Community Development has determined that <br />the proposed project would not have any potential significant adverse effects on <br />the environment and that an environmental impact report need not be prepared. This <br /> Initial study is available for review at the Planning Divisio~, 20.0 Barhal Avenue, <br />Pleasanton.
