It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that Resolution No. 79-160, making application to Alameda County Local Agency Formation Commission requesting initiation of proceedings for proposed Annexation No. 77 (Pestana Property) pursuant to the Municipal Organization Act of 1977, be adopted. R aF Goodrich for a rezonin~. to PUD (Planned Unit Development) District and development plan approval for an ll-lot residential sub- division on 55 acres of the 73 acre site located west of Foothill Road and ~orth of Longview Drive. The City CoUncil may fezone the 73 acres as requested or to ~y other designation consistent with the General Plan. The site is zoned A (AKri- cultural) District On the basis of an Initial Study of the potential environmental impacts of the project~..the Director of Planning and. Community Development has determined that the proposed project would not have any potential significant adverse effects on the environment and that an environmental impact report need not be prepared. This Initial study is available for review at the Planning Divisio~, 20.0 Barhal Avenue, Pleasanton. Mayor Brandes recessed the meeting at 9:40 P.M. Mayor Brandes reconvened the meeting at 9:50 P.M.
