Brandes declared the continued public hearing open. <br /> <br /> Mr. Martin Inderbitzen, Attorney, 147 Bernal Avenue, representing the applicant, <br />stated he had nothing to add to his testimony of July 24, 1979. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing <br />closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that <br />Resolution No. 79-137, after making the finding that the subdivision of the Molinaro <br />land as proposed, would not create the potential for development on the site which <br />would be incompatible with future development in the surrounding area, approve <br />V-79-10, application by Robert Molinaro for a variance from the requirements of the <br />code to allow the subdivision of a 46,000~ sq. ft. lot located at 4189 Stanley <br />Boulevard into four parcels, three of which would not have the required street <br />frontage, zoning for the property is R-1-6500, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Mercer, and Wood <br />NOES: Mayor Brandes <br />ABSENT: Councilman Kephart <br /> <br />Further review of Environmental Impact Report relative to PUD-79-1t application of <br />Centex Homes for a Planned Unit Development approval for a 79 unit single-family <br />detached residential complex to be located on a 32.4 acre site located between the <br />Pleasanton School upper playfield and Mirador Drive and immediately southerly of <br />the residences borderin~ An$.ela Street. The site is presently zoned A (Agricul- <br />tural) District <br /> <br />On the basis of an Initial Study of the potential environmental impacts of the <br />pro3ect~ t~e Director of Planning. and Community Development has determined that <br />the proposed project would not have any potential significant adverse effects on <br />the environment and that an environmental impact report need not be prepared. <br />This initial Study is available for review at the Planning Division~ 200 Bernal <br />Avenue, Pleasanton.
