RESIDEWrIALALLOCATION PROGRAM - 1980 ALLOCATION <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report dated July 25, 1979, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, <br /> to accept the staff recommendations as follows: <br /> <br /> A total of 275 D.U.'s and a 75%-25% single-family to multiple residential <br /> mix.
