Councilmember Butler stated it should be noted that the review of the Environ- <br />- mental Impact Report did include staff recommendations on environmental impacts and <br /> consideration given to mitigating measures and determining findings for overriding <br /> considerations. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Council- <br /> member Wood, that Resolution No. 80-316, after formal review, certifying that the <br /> Environmental Impact Report prepared and filed under proposal of City ordinance <br /> regulating the use of City streets for gravel trucks, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that <br /> Ordinance No. 954, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br /> amending Title V (Vehicles and Traffic), Chapter 5 (Commercial Vehicle Regulation) <br /> by adding Article 2 to prohibit overweight vehicles from certain roads, be introduced. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> The City Attorney advised the second reading of the ordinance would be scheduled <br /> for the City Council meeting of January 27, 1981.- <br /> <br /> ADJOUR~fENT <br /> There being no further business at 8:20 P.M., it was moved by Councilmember Wood, <br /> and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in <br /> Regular Session on December 23, 1980, 8:00 P.M., Fairgrounds Cafeteria. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> ~/~ R.
