MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE }.IEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> November 10, 1980 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kenneth Mercer called the Special Meeting of the City Council to order at <br />7:30 P.M., at the Civic Center Conference Room. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> The roll call is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, <br />Wood, and Mayor Mercer were present. Mr. Levine, City Attorney, was present. <br /> <br /> Also present in the audience were John and Joan Caroline, John Paul Hanna, <br />Attorney representing Mr. & Mrs. Carolin~; Frank C. Brandes, Jr., and Joyce Swanson. <br /> <br />CONSIDERATION OF SEWER AGREEMENT FOR CAROLINE PROPERTY <br /> Mr. Levine presented his report (SR 80:319) dated November 10, 1980, regarding <br />tt'Lis matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmembers Wood and Mohr asked specific questions regarding the agreement. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council- <br />member Butler, that Resolution No. 80-280, approving the Sewer Agreement with John <br />and Joan Caroline for sewer connections from the 500,000 gallons to be created at <br />the Dublin San Ramon Service District plant in the LA~4A export pipeline, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION - Labor Relations <br /> Mayor Mercer dismissed this item from the agenda. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 7:40 P.~{., ~yor Mercer adjourned the Special <br />Meeting, to meet again in Regular Session on November 17, 1980, 8:00 P.M., at the <br />Fairgrounds Cafeteria. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> ~ S, CITY' ATTORNE'Y <br /> <br /> <br />
