REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER Parkin~ on Old Hopyard Road Mayor Mercer presented the report of the City Manager dated June 3, 1980, regarding this matter. It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Resolution No. 80-159, after determining that the parking of automobiles on Old Hopyard Road would not constitute a safety hazard or maintenance problem, amend Section 6 (No Parking Zones) of Resolution No. 76-79 (Traffic Resolution) by the amendment of the following subparagraph: "60-1 Old Hopyard Road, including the circle, for trucks and trailers over 20 ft. in length", be adopted. Community Church Property on Del val!e Parkway Mr. Harris presented his report dated June 3, 1980, regarding this matter. It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, approving staff's recommendation that no action-be taken on the request of the Valley Community Church for general plan amendment to develop the western-most 2 acres of their property for multiple residential purposes until after review of the report from the Land Use and Circulation Committee 'of the land use and circulation of the General Plan. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, ~ood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None Matters for the Information of the Council Mr. Walker presented the City Council Agenda Planning Report for June, July, and August. Mr. Harris presented his Information Report 80:7, dated June 4, 1980, regard- ing the 1980-85 Alameda County Fair Capital Improvement Program.
