Recreation and Human Resources <br /> City Attorney <br /> Support Services <br /> City Council <br /> City Manager <br /> Administrative Services <br /> Miscellaneous and Fixed <br /> Capital Improvement Program <br /> <br /> APPOINTMENT OF KOTTINGER PLACE REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PLEASANTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> BOARD <br /> Mr. Walker presented a letter from Ms. Charlotte Pruett dated June 4, 1980, <br />expressing her willingness to serve as Kottinger Place representative on the <br />Pleasanton Housing Authority Board, which has been vacant since February, 1980, <br />due to the resignation of George Reineking. After discussion, it was moved by <br />Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Resolution No. 80-149, <br />appointing Charlotte Pruett as the Kottinger Place representative on the Pleasan- <br />ton Housing Authority Board, said term to expire May 1, 1982, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> COMMENDATION <br /> It was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Resolu- <br /> tion No. 80-150, commending Mary Gettman for her years of dedicated service to the <br /> City of Pleasanton upon her retirement effective June 30, 1980, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ADJOURnmENT <br /> There being no further business at 11:00 P.M., Mayor Mercer adjourned the <br /> Executive Session and Budget Session Meeting, to meet again in Regular Session <br /> on June 10, 1980, 8:00 P.M., at the Fairgrounds Cafeteria. <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />/J/~ES R.
