It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br /> ~rdinance No. 933, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br /> approving the application of Amador Valley Investors to rezone from the R-1-6500 <br /> (Single-Family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District <br /> and development plan approval for a 34-1ot, single-family residential subdivision <br /> proposed to be built on an approximately 9 acre parcel located on the south side of <br /> Fairlands Drive opposite its intersection with Brockton,Drive, and amending the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton accordingly, be introduced. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> Protest Hearins for Annexation N~. 78~ Frotam Pr0perty~ for all owners .of land in <br /> the territory <br /> .(Continued Op. en..from 4-22-80) <br /> Mr. Schau~burg presented his report dated May 5, 1980, regarding this matter, <br /> <br />· and advising that no written protests had been received regarding Annexation No. <br /> 78 - Fromm. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the continued public hearing open. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer noted that no sewer capacity has been reserved for this project <br /> and that the Environmental Assessment should be so noted. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that <br /> Resolution No. 80-120, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental <br /> study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occur as <br /> outlined in the City's guidelines and that a Negative Declaration is appropriate for <br /> the annexation of Annexation No. 78 - Fromm, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that <br /> Resolution No. 80-121, declaring no protests received from owners of land in the <br /> territory for Annexation No. 78 - Fronan, and ordering annexation subject to a con- <br /> dition that no sewer capacity has been reserved or set aside for this property, be <br /> adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that <br /> Resolution No. 80-122, determining the distribution of sales tax per County Sales <br /> Tax formula, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote' was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler ' <br /> <br /> 9. 5/13/80 <br /> <br /> <br />
