CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the Calendar for the information of the Council. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker reminded Council of the Budget Sessions scheduled on June 2, 3, and 9. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer advised Council that he would be on vacation June 14-21, and June 30- <br /> July 13, 1980. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 12:00 P.M., to an Executive Session to <br /> discuss litigation. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 12:10' A.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer directed Councilmember Mohr to attend the Alameda County Planning <br /> Commission meeting on May 19, 1980, to request that an additional condition be added <br /> to Q-53 (Kaiser) limiting traffic on First Street -Sunol Boulevard. All Council- <br /> members concurred. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNME~ <br /> There being no further business at 12:15 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br /> Kephart, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that the meeting be adjourned to meet <br /> again in Regular Session on May 27, 1980, 8:00 P.M., at the Fairgrounds Cafeteria. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />ES R.
