It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that <br />Condition No. 41 be removed and allow Mr. Caroline and staff to work out a reimburse- <br />ment schedule. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that <br />Condition No. 42 be deleted and this matter considered at the tentative map stage <br />relative to the extension of the 10" ~ater line across the Western Concrete Products <br />frontage. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was determined that Condition No. 45 be omitted relative to the off-site <br />sanitary sewer line and dedication of public service easement. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that <br />the landscaping of the two lots on the northwest corner be accomplished first, that <br />the 30 ft. easement be bermed to final design and that all trees will be planted at <br />this time and that the ground cover be planted at such time as water is brought to <br />the property, and that the developer be required to water the trees. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, andMayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes stated it was now in order to consider the application. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Ordinance No. 928, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, <br />approving the application of John and Joan Caroline for development plan approval <br />for a business park to be located on a 69 acre site on the south side of Valley <br />Avenue and ~mmediately easterly of the residences along Kolln Street, subject to <br />conditions established by the Planning Commission and modifications by the City <br />Council, the propertyis zoned PUD-Industrial (Planned Unit Development-Industrial) <br />District, be introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes recessed the meeting at 10:40 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes reconvened the meeting at 10:45 P.M. <br /> <br />Application of the City Cqgnc~l to amend ~rtic.le3~ o.f Chapter 2~ T.~tle~ II of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to require that motor homes and tr.ucks <br />w~.t~ campers be appropriat.ely..screened when parked on residential properties <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report dated February 20, 1980, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of this item. <br /> <br /> 9. 2/26/8o <br /> <br /> <br />
