It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that Condition No. 41 be removed and allow Mr. Caroline and staff to work out a reimburse- ment schedule. It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that the landscaping of the two lots on the northwest corner be accomplished first, that the 30 ft. easement be bermed to final design and that all trees will be planted at this time and that the ground cover be planted at such time as water is brought to the property, and that the developer be required to water the trees. It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Ordinance No. 928, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, approving the application of John and Joan Caroline for development plan approval for a business park to be located on a 69 acre site on the south side of Valley Avenue and ~mmediately easterly of the residences along Kolln Street, subject to conditions established by the Planning Commission and modifications by the City Council, the propertyis zoned PUD-Industrial (Planned Unit Development-Industrial) District, be introduced.
