MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION ~opt.ion of Ordinance No. 926, creatinSa spe.Ci~l, one-time only exemption from the Residential Allocation PrOgram for certain "remnant" projects (Re-intro.~ 2-11-80~ 4-Ayes~ 1-Absent) Mayor Brandes stated that Ordinance No. 926 was re-introduced on February 11, 1980, by a vote of 4-Ayes, 1-Absent, and that it was now in order to adopt the ordinance. It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Ordinance No. 926, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, providing for an exemption for remnant parcels resulting from Residential Alloca- tion Program approvals, be adopted.
