<br /> the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, be approved:

<br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 12-5-79, 12-11-79, and 12-18-79.
<br />
<br /> b. Move to item 13c, the adoption of Ordinance No. 922, amending the Ordinance Code
<br /> of-the City of Pleasanton by adding Chapter 8, Title IV, to require business pro-
<br /> prietors to exclude minors, from any room or place where devices, contrivances,
<br /> instruments or paraphernalis for the smoking or injection of marijuana, hashish,
<br /> PCP, or any controlled substance is displayed or offered for sale (Introduced
<br /> 12-11-79, 5-Ayes).
<br />
<br /> c. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-1, ordering the annexation of Annexation No. 74,
<br /> Macias property located at 6248 Amber Lane.
<br />
<br />d. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-2, ordering the annexation of Annexation No. 75,
<br /> Foothill Road from ttighway 580 to southerly of Stoneridge Drive.
<br />
<br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-3, accepting public improvements in Tract 3966,
<br /> Plaza Del Valle Townhouses, Vermillion Development Corporation.
<br />
<br />f. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-4, authorizing the reapportionment of 1977-78
<br /> left-over Mayors' Formula Gas Tax Funds, in the amount of'$12,604.10, to the
<br /> Pico Avenue Right-of-Way project.
<br />
<br />g. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-5, approving Revised Program Supplement No. 7 to
<br /> Local Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal Aid Improvements.
<br />
<br />h. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-6, accepting Grants of Right-of-Way and Slope
<br /> Easement from Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to
<br /> City of Pleasanton for the construction of a pedestrian/bicycle path along
<br /> Santa Rita Road.
<br />
<br />i. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-7, approving plans and specifications and auth-
<br /> orizing Call for Bids for Pleasanton Sports Park, Phase III.
<br />
<br /> Adoption of Resolution No. 80-8, after review of bids, awarding Contract for
<br /> the construction of Division Street Storm Drainage Line, Project No. 79-11, to
<br /> John Reed Construction Company, P. O. Box 825, Oakhurst, in the amount of
<br /> $33,472.20, and allocating necessary additional funding in the amount of
<br /> $1,972.20 from the Capital Improvement Fund, and authorizing execution of the
<br /> Contract by the appropriate City officials.
<br />
<br />k. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-9, after review of bids, awarding Contract for
<br /> the demolition of a portion of Vervais Yard, Project No. 79-14, to Ferma
<br /> Corporation, 1265 Montecito Avenue, Mountain View, in the amount of $12,000.00,
<br /> and authorizing execution of the Contract by the appropriate City officials.
<br />
<br />1. Move to item 12f, review of bids and award of contract for the construction of
<br /> Handicap Ramp for the Veterans Memorial Building, Project No. 79-13.
<br />
<br />m. Adoption of Resolution No. 80-10, approving projects to be funded under the
<br /> Federal Aid Urban System in the City of Pleasanton as follows: (1) FY 80-81,
<br /> West Las Positas overcrossing; (2) FY 81-82, West Las Positas Overcrossing;
<br /> (3) FY 82-83, West Las Positas Overcrossing; (4) FY 83-84, West Las Positas
<br /> Overcrossing; and (5) FY 84-85, Intersection of Foothill and West Las Positas.
