Mr. Harris presented his report (IR 81:17) dated June 12, 1981, regarding the Alameda County Fair Five-Year Capital Improvement Program. No action was required or taken by Council on this item. The report was noted and filed. Firefighters Memorandum of Understanding Mr. Walker presented the Firefighters Memorandum of Understanding which has been agreed to by the Firefighters. It was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that Resolution No. 81-210, accepting the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton Firefighters International Association of Fire- fighters, Local 1974, and fixing salaries and conditions of employment for enumer- ated classes of employees for the period April 1, 1981, through June 30, 1982, and amending the 1981-82 budget accordingly, be adopted.
