It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Resolution No. 81-189, denying the claim of Alan Grossman, and referring the matter to the City Attorney's office for handling, be adopted. Amendment to Circulation Element of the General Plan Mr. Joe Callahen, CPS and Associates, requested Council to consider initiating an amendment to the Circulation Element of the General Plan to show Hopyard Road as a six lane road rather than four lanes. After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, to initiate an amendment to the Circulation Element of the General Plan showing Hopyard Road as a six lane road rather than four lanes.
