"I 359 <br /> <br /> Councilmember Butler summarized the report by stating that CH2M Hill, to this <br /> point, has gone through a feasibility look in an engineering review as to what <br /> reclamation plan would make sense for Pleasanton and Livermore and find there are <br /> three categories: Large; Medium; and Small. Councilmember Butler stated there is <br /> much to be gained and he favored the Large alternative as it will afford the City <br /> of Pleasanton the most flexibility and options in the future. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer stated the Council representatives (Mercer and Butler) need direc- <br /> tion as to how to vote on this matter at a special LPWRAMeeting scheduled for <br /> February 26, 1981. He added that he favors the Large alternative. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker advised that CH2M Hill recommends the Large laternative. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Mayor <br />Mercer, that Resolution No. 81-52, authorizing the LPWRA representatives to vote in <br />favor of the Large alternative for the Reuse Project in Pleasanton, at the LPWRA <br />meeting scheduled for February 26, 1981, regarding this matter, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Proposed R~solution regarding the Regulation of Handicapped Parking in the City Of <br /> Pleasanton <br /> Mr. Levine presented his report (SR 81:51) dated February 18, 1981, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 81-53, establishing City enforcement of handicapped parking space <br />regulations, be adopted. <br />.The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the Calendar for the information of the Council. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 9:45 P.M., to an Executive Session to <br />discuss pending litigation and labor relations. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 10:45 P.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 10:55 P.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br />Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that the meeting be adjourned to meet <br />again in Regular Session on March 10, 1981, 8:00 P.M., Fairgrounds Cafeteria. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and-Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> 8. 2/24/81 <br /> <br /> <br />
