MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> February 4, 1981 <br /> <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kenneth Mercer called the Special Meeting of the City Council to order <br /> at 6:30 P.M., at the Civic Center Conference Room. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> The roll call is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, <br /> and Mayor Mercer were present. Councilmember Butler was absent. Mr. Walker, <br /> City Manager, and Mr. Levine, City Attorney, were present. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 6:35 P.M., to an Executive Session to <br /> discuss pending litigation. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 8:30 P.M. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 8:35 P.M., Mayor Mercer adjourned the <br /> Special Meeting, to m~et again in Special Session on February 6,1981, 5:30 P.M., <br /> at the Cultural Arts Building. <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />/A~S' R. ~ALKER, dITY CLERK <br /> <br /> <br />
