25: <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the application and the negative <br />declaration. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynn McVicor, representing Stoneson Associates, stated his company has attempted <br />to mitigate all the areas of concern relative to noise, parking and landscaping. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bill Christensen, 7979 Hillsboro Court, representing Stoneridge Homeowners <br />Association, asked questions regarding the interchange.
