<br /> Mayor Mercer declared the continued public hearing open on this item.

<br /> Mr. Robert Brunsell, of Sturgis, Ness, Brunsell and Sperry, reviewed the actions
<br />required to be taken by Council. He stated the public hearing had been continued for
<br />two weeks to allow the property owner to look at alternative options, and after further
<br />consideration the property owner is in favor of the assessment district.

<br /> Mayor Mercer asked if anyone in the audience pottested the formation of this
<br />Assessment District. No one protested this item.
<br />
<br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed.

<br /> It was moved by Councilmember Kephart, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that
<br />Resolution No. 81-368, resolution amending Resolution of Intention No. 81-124,
<br />Assessment District No. 1981-1, Pleasanton Park, be adopted.
