<br /> Mr. Robert Brunsell, of Sturgis, Ness, Brunsell and Sperry, reviewed the actions
<br />required to be taken by Council. He stated the public hearing had been continued for
<br />two weeks to allow the property owner to look at alternative options, and after further
<br />consideration the property owner is in favor of the assessment district.

<br />Assessment District. No one protested this item.
