He stated the public hearing had been continued for <br />two weeks to allow the property owner to look at alternative options, and after further <br />consideration the property owner is in favor of the assessment district. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer asked if anyone in the audience pottested the formation of this <br />Assessment District.
