He stated he felt it would be timely to review the ordinance as it relates to the SrantinE of variances for downtown parkinS. He also requested that a recent study reSardins proposed chanSes in standards for downtown parkins be reviewed, with a view at lookins at what the City should be doinS in the downtown area. Councilmember Wood requested the Traffic Committee to consider platinS a Stop siSn on Valley Avenue at Kolln Street. CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS Councilmember Butler reported on the LPWRA meetins of October 15, 1981, statins that the Environmental Impact Report for the Water Reclamation Project was reviewed and certified but that no decision or action was taken on the project.
