The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer NOES: Councilmember Wood ABSENT: None Matters for the Information of the Council Mr. Walker presented his report (IR 81:29) dated October 22, 1981, regarding the Engineering Study related to the North Pleasanton area, and recommending that a special Council meeting be scheduled to review the preliminary engineering study of street and freeway improvement needed in the north Pleasanton area. After discussion, Council scheduled two Special Meetings as follows: November 9, 1981, 8:00 P.M.~ Fairground~ Cafeteria - Review of preliminary engineering study of street and freeway improvements needed in the North Pleasanton area November 16~ 1981, 8!00 P.M.., Fairgrqunds Cafeteria - Review of Prudential Insurance Company development plan REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY Development Defermerit Agreements Mr. Levine presented his report (IR 81:28) regarding Development Deferment Agreements, for the information of the Council. The report was noted and no action required or taken by Council on this item. COMMUNICATIONS There were no Communications presented at this meeting. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR Mr. Walker presented the Calendar for the information of the Council. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 9:55 P.M., to an Executive Session to discuss pending litigation and labor relations. Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 10:30 P.M. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 10:35 P.M., it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Kephart, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Special Session on November 9, 1981, 8:00 P.M., at the Fairgrounds Cafe- teria.
