155 <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Kephart, and seconded by Council- <br />member Mohr, that Resolution No. 81-306, approving amendment to the Park Capital <br />Improvement Program relative to Amador Park, the Youth Sports Park, and the Westwind <br />Building, as presented in Staff Report SR 81:312, dated September 3, 1981, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was ~s follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> Mayor Mercer presented the Information Report of the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities (IR 81:26) dated September 2, 1981, transmitting the Minutes from the <br />Staff Traffic Committee meeting of August 19, 1981. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer presented the City Council Agenda Planning Report for September, <br />October, and November. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer presented the Information Report of the Director of Planning and <br />Community Development (IR 81:25) dated September 1, 1981, regarding the specific <br />plan for Livermore Amsdor Valley Quarry Area Reclamation. Mayor Mercer requested <br />that members of LPWRA and LAVWMA receive copies of this report. Councilmember <br />Mohr requested that the City continue pushing for recognition of the gravel truck <br />traffic implications in the plan approval. Council authorized Councilmember Mohr <br />to attend any hearings to reiterate that point. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Approval of Deferred Development Agreement with Stoneson Development Corporation! <br />Tract 3150 <br /> Mr. Levine presented his report (SR 81:311) dated September 3, 1981, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 81-307, approving development deferment agreement between the City <br />of Pleasanton and Stoneson Development Corporation for Tract 3150, upon payment of <br />the consideration required, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the agreement, be <br />adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br /> <br />Recommended Modifications to the Hillside Planned Development Ordinance <br /> Mr. Levine presented his report (SR 81:313) dated September 3, 1981, regarding <br />this matter, and stating that the staff is continuing to gather other cities' <br />approaches, and will have a specific set of recommendations for the Council by <br />its second meeting in October. <br /> <br />CODe~JNICATIONS <br />Report from Citizens' Cable Television Advisory Council <br /> This Communication was presented under item 6 on the agenda. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the Calendar for the information of the Council. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer advised there will be a LPWRAand LAVWMAmeeting on September 17, <br />1981. <br /> <br /> n. 9/8/sl <br /> <br /> <br />
