It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilember Kephart, that Resolution No. 81-305, authorizing the City Manager to sign the letter agreement with Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliff, but that actual executive of the agreement be made only if the developers agree to pay any fees that might be required, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Kephart, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Butler Mr. Walker advised that with regard to the above action, Council will be re- quired to schedule a special meeting to hold a public hearing related to this matter. After discussion, Council determined to schedule an Adjourned Regular Session meet- lug on September 22, 1981, 5:30 P.M., at the City Hall Conference Room, to hold a public hearing regarding proposed mortgage revenue bonds.
