<br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 11:10 P.M., to an Executive Session to
<br /> discuss pending litigation.

<br />(~ It was moved by Councilmember Kephart, and seconded by Councilmember Butler,
<br />~ that Resolution No. 81-267, rescinding Resolution No. 81-206, adopted on June 23,
<br />~ 1981, approving the mitigated negative declaration of Castlewood Properties, Inc.,
<br /> for development plan approval for a hillside planned development for the approxi-
<br /> mately 48 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road, Just north of Bernal
<br /> Avenue for a 23-1ot, 25,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size, single-family residential
<br /> development, be adopted.

<br /> that Ordinance No. 991, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof,
<br /> repealing Ordinance No. 982, adopted on July 14, 1981, approving the application of
<br /> Castlewood Properties, Inc., for a Hillside Planned Development for the approximately
<br /> 48 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road, Just north of Bernal Avenue
<br /> for a 23-1ot, 25,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size, single-family residential development
<br /> zoned HPD (Hillside Planned Development) District, be adopted as an urgency measure.
