CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 88-120 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> MASTER PLAN FOR DEL PRADO PARK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 15, 1988, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the Master <br /> Plan for Del Prado Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated February 3, 1988 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed Master Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental impact Reports; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed Master Plan for <br /> Del Prado Park would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the Master Plan <br /> for Del Prado Park, to be located on an approximately <br /> five acre site, located west of Calle De La Messa, north <br /> of Hansen Drive and east of Paseo Santa Cruz. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 15, 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> TTEST: <br /> <br />/James R.'Walker, City Clerk <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk . <br /> <br /> A~XD AS TO FORM: <br /> Peter D. ~acDonald,'0~[y A~o~ey <br /> <br /> <br />
