203 Mr. Walker requested that the City Council meetings for April be scheduled as follows because of the Municipal Election: April 6, 1982 - City Council Meeting April 13 - City Council Election April 20 - Seating of City Council and Election of Mayor April 27 - City Council Meeting Council concurred with this schedule. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 12:35 A.M., to an Executive Sessibn to discuss labor relations and personnel. Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 1:00 A.M. It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Resolution No. 82-31, appointing Brian Swift as Acting City Attorney effective February 15, 1982, and establishing a compensation plan, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Resolution No. 82-32, authorizing the CityManager to contract with Ralph Andersen and Associates to provide search services to fill the position of City Attorney, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Kephart ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 1:10 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Regular Session on February 9, 1982, 8:00 P.M., at the Fairgrounds Cafe- teria.
